The holistic or Integrative approach to health is based on the concept that the only way to care for an individual is to look at the “whole”person, which includes more than just our physical bodies. The holistic approach takes all aspects of a person into account; Body, Mind and Soul. Everything is connected and most issues that cause discomfort or suffering generally have more than 1 root cause.
