To Forgive or Not to Forgive
Forgiveness is prescribed as the only way to be free from a past hurt or abuse. There can be pressure from family and friends to forgive someone that has caused you harm under the guise of helping you “let go and move on”. Often times you don’t really forgive the person but feel like it is the right thing to do or fear that holding back forgiveness will hurt you more than the other person. Forgiveness is a multi-step process with many nuances and there are many aspects to consider before granting forgiveness.
In this next edition of Harness The Magic we will explore the topic of Forgiveness from a holistic and energetic perspective:
- How to determine if forgiveness is applicable to your situation
- The multi-step process in the amend making process
- Release yourself energetically from the past even if forgiveness is not possible
- Establish protection as your move forward

Addressing The Underlying Roots of Anxiety: A Neurobiological and Holistic Approach
Friday, March 28th @ 12:15 pm
The neurobiological origins of anxiety can often be traced to unresolved traumas, not only severe trauma but also more pervasive “undigested life experiences,” collective trauma—such as that experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic—and cultural trauma faced daily by marginalized groups. This is a global issue impacting hundreds of millions of people, many of whom are offered limited relief options, often in the form of medication that masks symptoms without addressing the underlying causes.
Traditional mental health treatments frequently focus on addressing the content of symptoms rather than exploring the root causes of anxiety. This presentation poses the critical question: “What is the root of the anxiety symptom?” Participants will explore new perspectives on this common condition and learn evidence-based techniques designed to rebalance the nervous system and treat the whole person.
