Life isn’t easy – and neither are our problems. Fears, pain, anxieties, and anger – these can become so overwhelming that we feel utterly helpless in trying to find a way back to happiness.

I’m committed to offering you:

  • Help to move you out of hopelessness to finding your way back to freedom, serenity and overall happiness
  • Powerful coping skills to relieve and release anxiety

I use a variety of approaches including Holistic individual psychotherapy, Energy psychology, and Healing from the Body Level Up (HBLU).

I know firsthand how frightening it is to get to a place in life where the only options are to live in misery or admit that it’s time to take a good hard look at your life.

It happens to most people throughout their lives, and I am no exception. However, the experience has made me that much more the wiser, compassionate, and understanding as a human being and as a therapist.

Because of this understanding, I am acutely aware of the fears and anxieties surrounding the thought of counseling services…

  • What if others find out?
  • Does seeking therapy mean I’m “crazy”?
  • Why do I need to tell a stranger my problems?

These are all questions you may face when considering individual counseling and they are normal! However, I want you to know a few important key components to my practice:

  1. Your individual counseling is completely confidential (with a few exceptions). Your friends and family do not need to know unless you find it helpful to share with them. This is your personal choice.
  2. In my practice, attending therapy means seeking to become whole again. Underlying issues need a voice in a safe and comforting environment in order to understand the origins of the problem. I work by integrating a variety of techniques to help the psyche acknowledge and move forward in a healthy way.
  3. Looking inside yourself and life can be challenging. You deserve a non-judgmental, kind, and caring environment to share your feelings and emotions. I provide that. In addition, my educational background paired with my work experience, provide me qualifications to guide you in ways that work best for your life, your personality, and your goals.
